Day 70: Crayon Drip Anchor

Today’s craft was based on something I saw on Pinterest.

Crayon Drip Anchor

For this one, I cut an anchor stencil using my Cricut and I temporarily adhered it to a piece of Canvas. I then used a candle to melt crayons so that I could drip the wax onto my design. I used black, gray, timberwolf and silver crayons for this design. Once the entire design was covered, I carefully removed the stencil to reveal the final anchor art. It was time consuming and I used up 4 or 5 crayons. Not one of my favorite projects, but I still think it turned out okay and it was a fun experiment.
